  • 500 g chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 200 g jasmine rice (cooked)
  • 100 g carrots (julienned)
  • 100 g snap peas (trimmed)
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml mirin
  • 15 g sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. In the last few minutes, add the julienned carrots and snap peas to the pan to cook slightly.
  5. To serve, place a scoop of jasmine rice in a bowl, top with the chicken and vegetables, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
